Wedding Guest Look
I love writing wedding guest dress posts. They usually happen a few times a year after I’ve been to a special event. Which means, I recently had a wonderful time with friends, family {or both!} and got to get dressed up a little.
This look was no exception. Our good friend was getting married in Philadelphia the first weekend in May. I actually picked out this gorgeous floral maxi dress a few months prior on Rent The Runway. After wearing this simple Amanda Uprichard white dress for our family photo session, I started searching for more dresses by the same designer. Once I came across this floral one, I knew I had to wear it.
Sticking to designers I know has been really helpful when it comes to renting dresses. When I’m in a time crunch or just can’t make a decision, I fall back on the tried and true. When I have more rime, I like to try new designers. I love sites like Revolve {where I bought this yellow gown} and Nordstrom that make returns easy.
