One thing I have been doing through all of this stay at home time is taking care of my skin. So I thought I would share some of my recent beauty purchases with you to get some self care ideas!
While most of my products are from Beautycounter, I also love other brands. So when the Sephora sale happened last month I picked up a few favorites and new items to try {check out my must haves in this post}. I also like to throw in a beauty item to an Amazon order as well.
My Recent Beauty Purchases
Here’s what’s I purchased:
MY RECENT BEAUTYCOUNTER ORDER
- Countertime Supreme Cream: I ran out of this amazing night cream recently and need to re-order.
- Baby Gentle All Over Wash: Technically, this order wasn’t for me, but a few friends who recently had a baby!
- All Bright Vitamin C Serum: This smells so much better than my previous Vitamin C serum, and I love that it has turmeric in it.
- Super Duper Kids Body Wash: If you saw my Instagram story of Marielle playing in the mud, you know why I need more of this.
- Counter+ Eye Revive Cooling Masks:Our new pup is adorable but hasn’t given us much sleep. My tired eyes need this!! If you loved these from the holiday sets, they are now an everyday product!
Also to consider, May is Skin Cancer Awareness month, so make sure you’re wearing your SPF!! I get it from my Dew Skin and Beautycounter’s sunscreen lotion and mists.
Recent Sephora Haul
lawless lip gloss: this is a really pretty lip gloss and I love the way it feels. I do think the shade I ordered, Babe, is a little too light but works well with a darker nude lipliner.
ilia mascara: I’ve really liked this mascara! The brush is awesome and gives a nice lash look. I’ll be checking out more ILIA products in the future.
bio beauty the pout lip serum: wow, this product is really something different!! I wanted to naturally plump up my lips so decided to give this a whirl. It definitely gives a stingle upon application but toy really notice fuller lips after.

Amazon Beauty Finds
Loving Tan : I shared a few bronzers and self tanners I’m using recently, but I kept seeing this Loving Tan product on my IG feed that I just had to try! I have to say that it’s now one of my favorites!! I use shade Medium.
Also, since I haven’t had a manicure or pedicure in months, I ordered a few nail polishes for Marielle and me.
