Spring wedding guest dresses

This year, we have two weddings lined up and I’m so excited for both of them! The first one is next month, so I already have my dress picked out {it’s actually in this post, but I’m keeping it a secret until the date} and the other is September. 

OK, let’s get started, here are my spring wedding guest looks. 

Cut Outs

I have been loving a little cut out on my dresses. I recently rented this teal dress for our kids’ school annual fundraiser. At this age, I keep my cut outs to a minimum. I feel that way they keep the look more formal and classic, with a little bit of an edge. The one thing I will add about this look is that if you typically wear spanx {which I do} you probably have to forgo them for the side cut outs. Usually, the top of the spanx hits where the cut off lays, and you don’t want that showing. 

Florals

Yes, groundbreaking. But if there is ever a time to rock head to toe flowers, this is it! Also, while I usually opt for black or neutral heels, a fun floral shoe can add some spring vibes to your look. 

Bold Colors

After wearing this gorgeous yellow gown to my last wedding, I am all about making a statement with color. For spring, try bright greens, fuchsia, and purples.
